Why we exist
Choosing a home or understanding a neighbourhood often means searching across many disconnected municipal and public-data websites. Important context can be difficult to find, compare, or explain.
Perimtr brings that context together around an address. We organize information about public safety, city services, amenities, infrastructure and neighbourhood conditions without issuing a single score or verdict.
How we work
We use named public datasets, disclose their coverage dates and explain whether information is address-, radius-, ward- or neighbourhood-level. Perimtr also produces clearly described calculations and deterministic summaries.
The reader remains in control of interpretation. Reports are informational starting points—not predictions, guarantees or substitutes for professional advice.
Where we’re going
The private pilot begins with Toronto neighbourhood reports and a small group of real-estate professionals, buyers, renters and homeowners. Over time, Perimtr may support more focused products, cities and countries.
