Terms for using the private, complimentary Perimtr pilot.
Perimtr is an invite-only pilot operated by Perimtr Inc. It provides informational neighbourhood reports for supported Toronto addresses. Pilot access is complimentary, limited, may change, and may be suspended or ended while we test the service.
You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Your account and invitation code are for you and must not be sold or transferred.
Your pilot allowance permits a limited number of reports. Reports are viewed on the web and may be printed or saved as a PDF using your browser. You may create a revocable link to share a report with a client or another intended recipient. Anyone holding that link can view the report until it is revoked, so you are responsible for distributing it carefully.
You may use reports for personal or professional neighbourhood research. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, bulk-collect reports, resell report data as a standalone product, train a machine-learning model with the service, or falsely present Perimtr's work as your own.
Reports combine named public datasets with calculations and deterministic summaries produced by Perimtr. Source data and derived values may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Coverage dates vary and are displayed in each report. Reports are snapshots and are not automatically updated.
Perimtr is informational only and does not provide legal, financial, real-estate, safety, or investment advice. It does not predict future events or guarantee outcomes. Verify important information with the original source and an appropriate professional before acting. To the extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided as available without warranties, and Perimtr is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on a report.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account and report information. We may restrict or end access for misuse, security risk, or pilot changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
