All data presented in Perimtr reports is sourced from public municipal, provincial, and federal datasets. Perimtr does not independently verify or audit source data. Source datasets are subject to their own limitations, errors, omissions, and publication delays. Counts, distances, and statistics in a report reflect the state of the source data at the time of report generation and may not reflect current conditions.

The absence of a data category from a report does not imply that category is benign or absent. It means we have not ingested it yet.
Perimtr does not produce composite scores, safety ratings, desirability indices, or any other single-number summary of a neighbourhood or address. The report presents raw counts and rates from verified public sources. Interpretation is the reader's responsibility.
Neighbourhood boundaries used in this report are Toronto's 158 official neighbourhood polygons published by the City of Toronto. These boundaries are administrative constructs and do not reflect colloquial neighbourhood names or subjective community definitions.
The Neighbourhood Read section (§06) is assembled deterministically from structured fields already shown in the report. It does not use generative AI, make predictions, or provide a safety verdict. When the summary cannot be assembled, the structured report sections remain available.
The summary may still contain errors inherited from source data or report logic. Read it as a summary aid, not as a primary source.
