How Perimtr works, what you get, and what we don't do.
Perimtr is a neighbourhood intelligence service for Toronto addresses. For a given address, we assemble a structured web report from 14 named public data sources. The report covers crime, fire, permits, 311 service requests, schools, transit, cycling infrastructure, street trees, heritage, parking, and proximity to civic amenities. You may print the report or save it as a PDF using your browser.
We do not produce composite scores, rank neighbourhoods, or infer sentiment, social character, or desirability. Reports include values from named public sources as well as clearly described calculations and deterministic summaries produced by Perimtr.
Perimtr is currently available to Toronto-area real estate professionals through an early-access programme. Access is granted on a per-account basis. Accounts are not transferable.
Perimtr covers Toronto addresses only. An address must resolve to a point within the City of Toronto boundary to generate a report. Addresses outside Toronto — including the 905 region — are not supported.
Coverage is limited to addresses present in Toronto's official address registry (525,000+ points). If an address does not resolve, no report is generated and no credit is consumed.
Each successful report uses one report from your complimentary pilot allowance. A report is successful when its web version is generated and available in your account. Failed attempts do not use the allowance. No payment card is required during this pilot.
Source publication schedules and Perimtr's available coverage vary. Each report identifies its generation date separately from the coverage of key datasets. Reports are snapshots and are not updated after generation.
Reports may be used for your own professional due diligence and shared with clients in the context of a specific transaction. You may not:
See our Privacy Policy for the account, searched-address, report-history, sharing, cookie, log, hosting, retention, and deletion details that apply to the pilot.
This policy may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes will be shown clearly in the service before they apply.
